What does Wooden Rose smell like?
Wood-led, softened by rose. Pink Pepper + Mandarin open the composition; Damask Rose + Geranium form the heart; Sandalwood + Cedar + Amber settle into the drydown.
How do I use the pods?
Place a pod in an empty washing-machine drum, add laundry, then start the wash. Handle with dry hands. Do not ingest or pierce; keep out of reach of children.
How many pods do I use?
One pod for regular loads up to 6 kg; two for larger or heavily soiled loads. Pod quantity is not a guaranteed number of washes.
Can I use an ultra-fast wash?
Do not use with ultra-fast wash cycles under 18 minutes. Follow your garment care labels and washing-machine instructions.
What is the difference between Mini, Air and Max?
Same Wooden Rose fragrance and formula. Mini: 10 pods at HK$59; Air: 30 pods at HK$129; Max: 60 pods at HK$188. Mini includes a personal, single-use HK$50 code by email for a later order from HK$188 (Max).
When will my order dispatch?
Dispatch 14–30 November 2026. Hong Kong delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. Free Hong Kong & Macau delivery.
Can I return my order?
Unopened, unused boxes in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened goods cannot be returned. Before dispatch, you may change your dispatch date free of charge; pre-order payments are not refundable.
