Unopened boxes
If a box is unopened and unused, in its original condition and packaging, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Opened goods
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened goods, for hygiene reasons.
Before dispatch
Before dispatch, an order can't be cancelled, but you can change your dispatch date free of charge any time before dispatch. Once your box has been delivered, the 14-day return window above applies to unopened boxes.
Damaged or incorrect
If your box arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right.
How to return
Contact us through the contact page with your order reference and the email address from your order confirmation, and we will confirm the return arrangement and your refund.
